Improving health and quality of life is our mission. Care for our patient and our service to them is our intention and purpose, and for that reason, we offer an affordable program.  We offer a few in-office ways to financially make it easier for you including options for submission of visits for insurance coverage and also with acceptance of CareCredit and HSA/FSA. We want improved health and results to be your priority, not the cost of the program.

Start your Weight loss journey with 3 simple steps:

  1. Your initial appointment will be with an Alchemy provider with advanced training and experience in caring for patients with weight concerns.  You can book your appointment through the website or by phone.  After your appointment is made you will receive some forms to complete to help your provider better understand your history. You will meet with the provider in-person or by telemedicine. Your provider will do a thorough overview of your medical history, order any bloodwork to rule out any conditions that may be preventing you from achieving your weight loss goals and will develop a plan for long term success. You can discuss any concerns with the provider at this visit and the provider will introduce you to the options for your plan including medications, nutrition and activity options. After consultation, your provider may order any necessary evaluation or lab tests to determine the best treatment plan for your needs. This visit may be done in person or via telemedicine, video visit.  The initial appointment is $150

  2. During the second appointment your provider will work with you to create a customized weight management plan which may include prescribed medications, if determined to be medically appropriate. This appointment can be done in person or by video visit from any device. At that time you will choose a nutrition plan and we will work together to determine what level of activity or movement will be best for you. Movement is excellent for our mental and physical health doesn't have to be anything vigorous or extreme.  It should be something enjoyable and some thing achievable at your level of fitness. Medications like phentermine are considered to be controlled substances in Pennsylvania and require an in person visit for prescriptions at least once yearly. This initial follow up appointment is no charge.

  3. After you start your treatment plan, you will have regular check ins monthly (or sooner if needed) with your provider to ensure that your plan is working for you to achieve your weight loss goals and that your overall health continues to improve. These follow ups can be done via video or may be done in person per your preference.  We will work together to maintain the most effective and safe plan for you to fit your unique biology and lifestyle. Monthly check in visits are variable depending on your choice of medication plan but can be $75 with a prescription from a commercial pharmacy or $275-$375 (based upon medication choice) with a prescription from specialty pharmacy (this includes the cost of medication).
