Month 1

You will find your fit and work one to one with the provider for help staying motivated and on track with your goals. Log your weight and nutrition and choose lifestyle focuses that will help to achieve goals.

Months 2 to 3 

You and your medications are hard at work addressing weight from many angles. You’ll start seeing improvement in sleep, energy and exercise stamina as well. Average losses total 5% body weight.

Months 4 to 6 

You will continue to check in with your health care providers to ensure medications and interventions from your plan are still supporting you.  You’ll continue toward your goals and address any new factors that may impact your ability to lose weight. You’ll see improvements in your overall health and average loss 10% body weight

Months 7 and beyond

Weight loss continues and non-scale victories also prevail. On average, most people lose 5% of their body weight by month three and 10% by month six – and successfully maintain this and keep it off.  You’ll stay in touch with your provider and continue to make adjustments to your treatment plan for continued weight loss or maintenance, as needed.  It is important to recognize that the lifestyle and medication interventions used to produce weight loss are needed to maintain weight loss.  We are happy to work with you to determine a plan that will be able to be sustained for a lifetime to continue to maintain your goals.
